GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Horshams Annual Childrens Parade - July 2024

Horsham's Annual Children's Parade on Sunday, July 7th, was a great celebration of the "Spirit of Sport—The Olympics & Paralympics."

Despite initial rain, the community spirit shone as the parade filled the town centre with noisy, colourful floats representing a variety of Olympic and Paralympic sports. Greenway Juniors' Parthenon paid homage to the games' origins in Greece, while other schools showcased crowd favourites like football and skateboarding.

The parade concluded in Horsham Park, where the sun emerged to highlight the impressive creations and costume.

A big thank you to our Learning Leaders who helped organise and make the structure with our Same Sky artist, Paul.
