Year 6 Herstmonceux Trip
Our Year 6 children and staff had a very successful day at Herstmonceux Science centre on Wednesday 12th February.
There was so much to cram into our time there: a telescope tour, learning how to use robotic arms, the outdoor discovery park and hundreds of interactive indoor exhibits. The children thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to learn through experimentation and demonstrate some of the learning we have done in class this term - for example, making a structure to withstand an earthquake.
All pupils behaved impeccably, and we were very proud of them; it was a great day out for all!
