Year 3 Hever Castle Trip
Last Wednesday, Year 3 enjoyed an action-packed visit to Hever Castle, the childhood home of Ann Boleyn. They had a private guided tour of this fascinating Tudor castle, took part in 'Tudor House' workshops and had great fun exploring the Tudor Towers Adventure Playground – a nine metre tall wooden play castle, bigger than a four bedroom house and complete with its own moat, drawbridge and three turrets!
The weather was glorious - perfect for a picnic in the castle grounds. The children were a credit to the school, displaying our core values at all times. A great day was had by all! A big thanks to the parent/grandparent helpers that joined us on the trip - your support was much appreciated.
